Once the pavers are cleaned, and the joint sand is replaced, and they are sealed no you will not have the mold and weed problem anymore. You may have one or two that sprout up, but the sealer actually seals the sand as well as the pavers reducing that problem tremendously.

The products we use to protect and seal lasts for 3-5 years before needing to reapply another coat.

No! You definitely don’t want to pressure wash your pavers! Pressure washing can remove the sealant and disturb the newly laid sand, causing your pavers to unsettle. Feel free to ask us about safe cleaning alternatives when we're on site.
